On Saturday, temperatures across Syria are set to climb slightly above their typical averages as the influence of the recent low-pressure system begins to fade. Damascus, jan.10 (SANA) reports that daytime conditions will fluctuate between clear and partially cloudy throughout the majority of the country’s regions.
Evening Cloud Cover and Approaching Low Pressure
The Meteorology department has indicated that cloud cover will likely increase as the evening approaches, particularly affecting the central and coastal areas, along with sections of the southwest. These atmospheric developments are expected to create conditions suitable for scattered rain showers as a fresh low-pressure mass moves into the region, with the system expected to take full effect on Sunday.
Recent Precipitation Overview
This upcoming shift in the weather follows a period of significant activity, as most Syrian regions experienced heavy rainfalls throughout the day on Friday.
