Paris , Dec. 10 (SANA) French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot, and Germany’s Deputy Minister for European Affairs Günter Kirchbaum, presented the French-German Prize for Human Rights and the Rule of Law to Farid al-Madhhan, known as “Caesar.” The ceremony was held at the headquarters of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
