DEIR EZ-ZOR, syria (North Press) โ€“ troops from the U. S. -led Global Coalition conducted on Thursday joint patrols with the syrian/" class="auto-internal-link">syrian Democratic troops (sdf) across five locations in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria, amid active aerial surveillance by fighter jets and helicopters. The patrol commenced at the al-Omar oil field and proceeded toward the town of Baghuz, near the Syrian-Iraqi border.
