Damascus, Dec 20 (SANA) Syria’s Bar Association stated on Saturday that the U. S. decision to repeal the sanctions law known as the “Caesar Act” represents a legal and diplomatic shift that could pave the way for a emerging phase in international relations. In a statement published by the state news agency SANA, the association noted that the move may contribute to restoring social stability and security in Syria, emphasizing that citizens have an inherent right to rebuild their country and live in dignity and peace.
