damascus, syria/" class="auto-internal-link">syria (North Press) โ The ministry of Interior of the syrian/" class="auto-internal-link">syrian transitional administration declared on Tuesday the seizure of a vehicle carrying 11 million captagon pills that had entered from Lebanon and was heading toward Homs Governorate, central Syria. In a statement, the ministry stated, โThe Anti-Narcotics Branch in Homs Governorate seized a car coming from Lebanese territory containing approximately 11 million captagon pills in the southern countryside of Homs. โ It added that investigations are ongoing to identify and apprehend those involved in the smuggling operation.
Indeed, a day earlier, the Syrian Interior Ministry declared foiling two separate attempts to traffic and distribute narcotics in the governorates of Daraa and Deir ez-zor. Moreover, on Sep.
