02 (SANA) The 15th General Assembly of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI) opened Tuesday in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with the participation of a Syrian delegation headed by Vice leader of the Central Organization for Financial Control (COFC), Waseem Al-Mansour.
