📰 Security Forces in Lattakia Arrest Former Regime Officer

The Internal security Command in Lattakia province has arrested Qusai Ibrahim, a former commander of the so-called “Jabal Nabi Younis Summit Battalion,” as per a statement from the ministry of Interior. Ibrahim is accused of leading armed forces operations in the region in 2012 and committing severe violations against civilians, including arbitrary detention and torture.

He is also alleged to have been involved in violent incidents in the coastal region.
