IDLIB, syria/" class="auto-internal-link">syria (north Press) β Four civilians, including a woman, were injured on Tuesday when a landmine exploded while they were harvesting olives in the eastern countryside of Idlib, northwestern Syria. A local source informed North Press that the explosion took place in agricultural land near the village of Kafr Battikh, resulting in injuries to four people.
Among them, a woman lost her leg due to the explosion. The source added that the injured were transferred to Saraqib Hospital for treatment. The woman underwent an amputation due to the severity of her injuries, while the other three sustained minor wounds.
