Quneitra, Dec. 5 (SANA) Israeli occupation troops carried out emerging incursions early Friday into the village of Saida al-Hanout in the Quneitra countryside. SANA reporter in Quneitra stated an Israeli armed forces unit consisting of six vehicles advanced toward the village, with no information yet on whether a checkpoint was established in the area.
On Thursday, Israeli occupation troops advanced into Eastern al-Samdaniyah and al-Ajraf in the Quneitra countryside and set up a temporary checkpoint between the two villages. Later that evening, Israeli forces targeted Tal Ahmar Sharqi and the outskirts of the town of Kuwaya in the Yarmouk Basin area of western Daraa countryside with artillery shells. Israel continues its aggressive policies and its violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria.
Syria continues to call for the withdrawal of Israeli forces from its territory and urges the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and deter what it describes as Israel’s hostile practices.
