Internal security troops in Hama declared Saturday that its personnel have managed, in coordination with counterterrorism units, to arrest former Air Force Brig. Hamza Mohammed al-Yassin on charges of participating in war crimes and grave violations against civilians during the rule of the defunct regime, authorities/" class="auto-internal-link">authorities declared.

Brig.
