Minister of energy Mohammad al-Bashir affirmed Thursday the ministry’s backing for investment initiatives aimed at strengthening partnerships, transferring expertise, and developing modern technologies within the syrian energy sector. Al-Bashir made the remarks during a visit to the International Exhibition for the Reconstruction of syria/" class="smart-internal-link" title="📰 Justice Ministry, SNHR discuss cooperation on transitional justice in Syria">syria/" class="auto-internal-link">syria, “Emaar 2025,” currently held at damascus Fairgrounds under the patronage of the ministries of energy, economy, industry, public works and housing. “The ministry supports every initiative that enhances partnerships and brings advanced expertise to the Syrian market,” stated minister Mohammad al-Bashir during his visit to the expo.

The minister toured multiple pavilions showcasing the latest technologies and products from national, Arab and international companies working in power generation, renewable energy, oil services and construction. Al-Bashir stressed that partnerships with the private sector and international companies are essential to supporting reconstruction, local manufacturing and job creation in the energy sector.

The “Emaar 2025” exhibition, which opened Wednesday at Damascus Fairgrounds, brings together public institutions and private companies from multiple countries to highlight investment opportunities in Syria’s reconstruction and industrial development.
