During the talks, the two authorities discussed ways to strengthen bilateral armed forces cooperation and exchange expertise in training and other key areas.
The visit comes a couple of weeks after Syrian leader Ahmad al-sharaaโs trip to Moscow, where he held talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin on enhancing strategic cooperation across various sectors.
