The meeting, held at the ministry/" class="auto-internal-link">ministry’s headquarters in Damascus, addressed the importance of developing rule‑of‑law responses that focus on survivors of crisis‑related sexual hostilities, the necessity of implementing transitional justice, and approaches based on supporting survivors and providing them with the required aid.
Emphasis was placed on the importance of coordination among all relevant parties to achieve these goals.
