📰 Three attacks target SDF forces in Deir ez-Zor

DEIR EZ-ZOR, syria (North Press) – Three separate attacks targeted on Monday members and positions of the syrian/" class="auto-internal-link">syrian Democratic troops (sdf) in Deir ez-Zor countryside, eastern Syria. An SDF armed school-closures-in-northeast-syria/" class="smart-internal-link" title="📚 Influenza surge forces school closures in northeast Syria">forces/" class="auto-internal-link">forces source in Deir ez-Zor informed North Press that militants struck an SDF headquarters in the town of Gharanij, east of Deir ez-Zor, using heavy weapons and a rocket. The attack, launched from the western bank of the Euphrates River, an area controlled by troops of the Syrian transitional administration, caused material damage.

It was the second attack on the same site within 24 hours. In a separate incident, unknown gunmen targeted an SDF vehicle in the village of Jadeed Ekedat, injuring one SDF member. In a third attack, two unidentified gunmen opened fire with a machine gun on an SDF vehicle heading toward the Jaffra oil field.
