syria has participated in the Mid-Term Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), held in Kampala, Uganda, emphasized its commitment to the movement’s principles and objectives, the Foreign ministry stated Friday. Indeed, in a statement shared with SANA, the ministry stated that the summit focused on addressing global challenges and strengthening multilateral cooperation in the face of international crises.  “Member states of the Movement welcomed Syria’s reintegration into the international fold, commending the country’s ongoing reform trajectory rooted in national leadership and ownership,” the statement added.
