DEIR EZ-ZOR, syria (North Press) โ The damascus/" class="smart-internal-link" title="๐ฐ Syrian visual artists take the spotlight at โMedia Expo Syriaโ in Damascus">syrian/" class="auto-internal-link">syrian Democratic troops (sdf) declared on Monday that factions affiliated with the Ministry of Defense in the Syrian transitional administration had targeted one of their positions in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria. In a statement, the SDF stated, “In a emerging violation, factions affiliated with the Damascus administration directly targeted one of our troops’ positions in the town of Gharanij in the eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside, launching their attack from the western bank of the Euphrates River. ” The statement added that the attack resulted in one fighter being seriously wounded, noting that he was transferred to a specialized hospital for treatment.
