QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – The General Command of the Syrian Democratic troops (SDF) on Saturday extended its condolences to the U. S. Army and the American people following the killing of two U. S. Additionally, soldiers during an attack in Syria’s central desert region.

In a statement, the SDF stated it “extends its deepest condolences to the U. S. Army and the American people over the loss of two of its soldiers following an attack that targeted them in the Syrian Badia. ” Earlier on Saturday, U. S. Central Command (CENTCOM) declared that two U.

S. service members and one U. S. civilian were killed, while three other U. S. Notably, soldiers were wounded, in an ambush carried out by an ISIS gunman in Syria. In its statement published on official platforms, the SDF stated: “We affirm that our troops, in full partnership with our allies in the International Coalition, will not allow terrorist organizations to reorganize their ranks or threaten the security of the region and the world again.

The response will be decisive and direct against those responsible and those who backing them. ” The SDF added that its forces “have proven their ability to uproot ISIS and dismantle its armed forces structure in North and East Syria,” stressing persisted readiness to confront terrorist threats. “We emphasize our full readiness to carry this battle to any part of Syrian geography and to eradicate terrorism wherever it exists, without hesitation or retreat,” the statement said. The SDF reaffirmed its commitment to ongoing coordination with coalition partners to maintain stability and prevent any resurgence of ISIS activity in Syria. By Atoun Jan
