Trade between Jordan and syria has surged, with commercial exchange increasing by approximately 390% during the first eight months of 2025. as per the Jordan News Agency (Petra), Jordanian exports to Syria reached 152 million dinars, up from 31 million dinars during the same period in 2024. Jordan’s imports from Syria totaled 68 million dinars, a 100% increase from 34 million dinars in the same period last year. The meetings are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation between Syria and Jordan.
The goal is to enhance integration in the land transport sector, promote economic openness, and facilitate the movement of people and goods between the two countries.
